Vanilla Magic Waffles

Elevate your breakfast with these fluffy, protein-packed vanilla waffles! Perfect for fueling your morning or enjoying a post-workout treat, these waffles combine the delightful taste of vanilla with the goodness of protein!

Ingredients:

Waffles:

 2 very ripe banana

 2 cups oat flour

 2 cups almond milk (can use any plant-based milk)

 6 tbsp vanilla plant protein powder

 2 tsp vanilla extract

 1 tbsp maple syrup

 1 tsp baking soda

Toppings: (per serving)

 1 oz maple syrup

 1/3 cup blueberries

Instructions:

1. Heat waffle maker to medium temp.

2. Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

3. Let batter sit for 5 min.

4. Pour 1 1/2 cups of batter into the waffle maker.

5. Bake for 3 - 4 min (time depends on your waffle maker).

6. Plate 2 waffles, 1- 1oz container of maple syrup, topped with 1/3 cup blueberries.
